Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

A return may be accepted if the candle is returned in the exact condition that it was shipped. “Appropriate condition” is defined as a candle that is unused, unburned, unaltered, and undamaged. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the product in appropriate condition. Return shipping costs and packaging are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Exchanges may be honored for a product of the exact price, so long as the returned product is in appropriate condition. Please email orders@comfortmeasurescandleco.com with the subject line “RETURN,” or “EXCHANGE.” All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted if damage is present due to improper packaging by the buyer. Refund will be issued when item is retuned and found to be in original condition.

Order Cancellation

Please email orders@comfortmeasurescandleco.com with the subject line “CANCEL” to inquire about order cancellation. If notification of a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of order placement, the cancellation will be honored and the buyer will receive a full refund. Requests for cancellation received after 24 hours are not guaranteed, but may be honored if the product has not yet left the facility.

Lost Packages

Comfort Measures Candle Co. is not held liable or responsible for any lost or damaged packages once received and scanned by the shipping facility. Once the carefully packed box leaves the fulfillment department, it is simply out of my control. Lost or stolen packages simply cannot be refunded.

Damaged Products

Please reach out via email to orders@comfortmeasurescandleco.com if your product arrives damaged. Please note that you must provide photographic proof of the damaged product which must be unburned to qualify for refund.
