Open your bronchi and decrease your nerve impulses with this heavily monitored floral blend.
Magnesium sulfate is a high risk medication used in several areas of nursing, most notably in Labor & Delivery. It's purpose is to decrease risk of seizures in pre-eclamptic moms, an attempt to stop contractions in pre term labor, and also to rapidly open the airways of a patient in respiratory distress in emergency situations. No matter the location or purpose, a patient receiving magnesium must be aggressively monitored on a frequent basis to prevent nervous system collapse. A nurse may often check a patient's respiratory status, lung sounds, blood pressure, and reflexes while the magnesium is infusing. Aside from being a high risk medication, and unlike the way this medication can make a patient feel, the sweet and floral blend of magnolias in this candle should make you feel uplifted unrestricted.
Notes of magnolia, peony, and sandalwood.
This candle is an especially great gift for nurses and other healthcare professionals who work in: labor and delivery, postpartum, critical care.

Candles in the PRN collections are made with 7oz (198g) of a paraffin blended wax. Lots of misconceptions exist surrounding the usage of paraffin wax so for more information please read through the info page which can be found here! A wooden wick is used for the optimal burn, and you may notice that some candles have a smaller or larger wooden wick than others; this is to ensure the safest burn possible. SO much testing goes into every candle.
Total burn time is approximately 40 hours, but never let your candle burn longer than 3-4 hours at a time!
This product is packaged in an amber, glass jar finished with a plastic, black lid. A warning label can be found on the bottom of the candle.
Basic Candle Care
Basic Candle Care
- On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the jar’s edge to prevent tunneling.
- Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch before every burn for a longer-lasting, cleaner candle.
- Burn for 3–4 hours at a time for the best scent throw and minimal soot.
- Place candles on a flat, heat-safe surface away from drafts or heat sources.

Each candle is handmade in small batches, which means you may notice small quirks like slightly off-centered wicks, minor jar markings, or uneven labels. None of these affect burn quality or fragrance.
Scent is deeply personal, and while I pour love into every blend, I know not every fragrance will be everyone’s favorite. If you’re unsure about a scent, I’m always happy to answer questions before you buy.
